For the past two years, Reimagine America’s Schools has organized dozens of convenings bringing together educators, architects, technologists, philanthropists, mayors, urban planners, and parents and students to look at how we might reimagine the institution we call school.

This involves drawing lessons from our collective experience of the pandemic, and looking forward to create a vision of how we can work together to reimagine our schools for the future.

On May 12, 2022, the second Reimagine America’s Schools ~ National Summit on School Design continued exploring a new path forward.

The summit focused on strategies for viewing schools and their surrounding neighborhoods as a unified ecosystem and designing schools and neighborhoods for equity and inclusion, with a focus on the intersection of learning, community and technology, as well as the vital importance of multi-dimensional infrastructure to America’s future.

Join us in creating a forward-looking vision to build learning communities, implement active learning, better integrate technology, inform a national strategy to design our schools and neighborhoods for the future, and forge a post-pandemic vision for American education and communities.

This is a strategic imperative and vital American endeavor. We invite you to take part.
